Research
Consultants like me are routinely looking for solutions to problems. Regardless of what the problems are, one of our first steps is to look for relevant research studies about the problem to help us understand it better.
Unfortunately, there is very little India based research done on the topics that I tend to work on. This means, relying on the western context. Often, the context is not in sync with what we experience in India.
To remedy this, I have started working on research problems and made them available for reading. Here are some links to my research papers / book chapters.
